Loyalty Points

How They Work:

You earn loyalty points with every purchase, and we love that you have them. Here is how to use them.

Your points can be used towards bottle purchases. Our system doesn’t work in the way that you can use points for a dollar amount deduction from your total. You need enough points to cover the full retail price of a bottle. For example, 3,500 points will cover a $34 bottle. Points cannot be split across bottles or partially applied. 

When placing an order, if you have enough points to cover the cost of a bottle, this will appear as an option during check out. This will happen regardless of being a wine club member. If you know that you have points, but they do not appear during checkout, it is because you do not have enough to remove the cost of any of your bottle selections.

Special Considerations for Club Members:

You can always use your points when placing an order outside of your two annual wine club allocations. Details just above will apply to that.

For club allocations: points cannot be applied. Our system doesn't support that, and we have not found a way around it. But they work beautifully for adding extra bottles to your shipment.

The easiest way to use your points: Email us at hello@nefariouscellars.com and tell us what you'd like. We will apply your points and add the bottles to your shipment.

Please do not try to redeem points yourself online with a wine club allocation. It creates a second order that is very difficult for us to combine with a club shipment. It is much easier and faster if we handle it on our end. A reply to anything we send about your spring and fall wine shipment can simply be replied to by email.
